Coinciding with the 300th anniversary of the founding of St. Petersburg, Russia Engages the World, 1453-1825, a major exhibition exploring the culture and history of Russia, opened in the fall of 2003 at The New York Public Library. From this exhibition of over 200 items, many of them dating from the reigns of Peter the Great and Catherine the Great, seventeen of the most beautiful and unique images are now available as framed art.
